This
monitoring service is designed to give our subscribers back
some of their precious time when the inevitable and often frustrating
problems occur.
McFalls
& Companys new service will monitor an IP address
24 hours a day/7 days a week to check web sites, perform port
checks, send pings, and check for latency problems. At
the first sign of difficulties, we take action.
LIKE
NO OTHER SERVICE
If there are consistent failures with the equipment after five
minutes, McFalls & Company begins its investigation process
to determine the source of the problem. We will first check
for power outages in the area of the installed equipment, call
the subscribers Internet Service Provider to begin the
service ticket process, and contact the subscriber to inform
them of the difficulty. However, the service doesnt
end there.
If
service is not restored within one hour, we stay on the job
by contacting the ISP every hour until everything is back up
and running smoothly or until there is at least a solid plan
in place to correct the problem.
All
the while, we will maintain contact with the subscriber informing
them of the progress being made to get them back up and running.
We
believe this monitoring program saves many hours of our clients
valuable time. Just waiting on hold for most ISP's can take forever.
