How do I get help when I need it?

Reporting SPAM
If you receive any SPAM (unsolicited email messages) just forward them to mail@support.macusa.net.

NOTE: We require that you turn on the option to "view" or "display headers" within your email client software.  We need access to this info to block SPAM.

Reporting Bounced Legitimate Mail
The most efficient way to handle tracking a problem is to contact the sender and request that they forward the bounced message to mail@support.macusa.nett.  We will be able to quickly evaluate and resolve the problem by altering the rules or placing the sender on the White List.
